Cancellation Policy

Public Tour Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations for parties of less than 20 can be rescheduled or cancelled 72 hours or more prior to departure to receive a gift card or option to rebook the tour on another date based on availability.
• Reservations for parties of 20 or more can be rescheduled or cancelled 20 days or more prior to departure to receive a gift card or option to rebook the tour on another date based on availability.
• If for some reason your tour is cancelled due to the captain’s discretion, then you will receive a full refund or option to rebook your tour on another date based on availability.

Need more flexibility? We are also pleased to now offer Trip Protection!

• For a small fee Trip Protection can be added to any booking at the time of booking allowing your choice of cancellation with refund or rescheduling up to just 12 hours prior to departure! Trip Protection can be purchased at check-out.

Private Charter Cancellation Policy:

• Please refer to the private cruise contract at time of booking. Private charters can normally be rescheduled or cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure.
